I'm TR Santhosh, from Bengaluru. I've spent 12 years in software quality engineering: Flipkart, Gojek, a ride-hailing launch that reached a million customers in its first four months, and Suki AI, where I lead quality engineering for AI products that write clinical notes for doctors in the United States. My habit in every job has been the same: take work that people redo by hand every week and turn it into a system that keeps running without them.
That is what I sell here. Your website, course or tool is built on my own site kit, tested like software that has to be right the first time, and handed to you in accounts you own.

Hosting, domain, email and payments are set up in your accounts, on your card. When we finish, the site keeps running in your accounts without me. If you want me to keep looking after it, that is a separate monthly plan you can cancel any month.
What I will not do
Promise results
Sales, rankings or income. What a site or a product earns depends on your business and how you promote it.
Hold your accounts
Put your production accounts in my name, or pay your running costs so you depend on me.
Sell what I would not do well
A shop cart, a stand-alone forum, app-store apps, ads or social-media management. I say no to work I would not do well.
Fake it
Write fake reviews or testimonials, or use AI photos as if they were your team.

Questions people ask
Why not a local freelancer who charges less?
Some are excellent; ask who tests the site, whose name the hosting is in, and what happens when they are busy. My price buys a tested build, accounts in your name, a written scope and 30 days of free fixes on my work.
Why not just ask ChatGPT to build it?
AI is how I draft fast. A person checks every page against your facts, the build is tested, and forms are proven to land in your inbox.
Will you be reachable?
I take a few builds at a time. I reply within 2 business days, Mon–Fri 09:00–20:00 IST. If I am ever unavailable, your site keeps running, because it lives in your accounts.
