Privacy policy

This policy explains what San Builds ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to santhosh.explo@gmail.com.

What we collect

What you send us in forms: name, email, social handle or links, follower range, niche, your business name and your message, depending on the form. Analytics, only if you allow it: with your consent, analytics records pages visited, the link or campaign that brought you here, device and browser type, and approximate location. Where you came from: with any form you send, we include the page you sent it from, the site that linked you here (if your browser shares it), and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link, so we know which post sent you.

How we use it

To reply to you and to review partnership and website requests. To understand which pages and posts help visitors, if you allowed analytics. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are emailed to us and saved in a Google Sheet, using Google's services. Guides are sold through Whop, which handles checkout, payment and delivery under its own privacy policy. We don't see or store your payment details.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to work with you, then delete them. Ask us and we'll delete yours sooner.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing santhosh.explo@gmail.com. If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you. We honor them for everyone.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
